Angel Food Ministries
Are you or someone you know looking for an opportunity to stretch your dollars? Covenant Community Fellowship has joined up with Angel Food Ministries (from Monroe, Georgia) to serve as an associate host church to make food available at discounted prices for anyone who would like to benefit from this program.
Each month’s menu is different and consists of fresh, frozen and packaged food. Angel Food is purchased from the nation’s top food suppliers - providing quality, nutritious food at significant discounts. The cost for a Signature box of Angel Food is $31. Generally, one Signature box of Angel Food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week. There is no purchase limit for boxes of Angel Food. There are no applications or qualifications necessary to purchase. You can order just specials, if you choose.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PARTICIPATE?

ORDERING OPTIONS:
1. To order in person or by mail: drop your order & payment in the mail 12 days before the pickup date OR stop at our office in Harleysville (see address on the order sheet) to drop off your order and payment.
2. IF you want to order ONLINE, go to http://www.angelfoodministries.com– select Covenant Community Fellowship, Lansdale, PA to place your order and pick up at Covenant Community Fellowship. (note: $ 2 online ordering fee)
3. Questions regarding food stamps or to arrange payment with food stamps: Contact Gail Rowen 215-855-1436 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church. Check with her about pickup location – Faith Evangelical Lutheran or Covenant Community Fellowship.
