Worship Ministry

Music & Worship

There is nothing we can give to God that He has not already given to us, except… our worship and praise.   Worship is more than music ... it is a matter of our heart connecting with God’s heart.   In America we place so much value on our outward appearance, the truth is that man looks at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart.

Our form of worship uses music that has a sound of the music of our time and culture along with some traditional hymns of the church.  At Covenant, we see music and worshiping in song as a means by which we can assist those who attend our service to express our love to our Lord and give Him praise in the context of the community of faith.  We have musicians who help to see that worship is alive and vibrant within every age group.

Drama is occasionally incorporated into the services of Covenant. Drama is more than entertainment ... it is a timeless yet contemporary method of communicating an eternal message. Our form of drama is sometimes entertaining and light-hearted, sometime reflective and thought provoking, yet each is intended to be gripping and powerful in its purpose.
